The bike is in good condition.
The frame has been covered in heli tape but there are some minor scratches from a bike racks.  There are some marks of the rocker linkage which happened during transit.  These have been touched up with paint.
The suspension is nice and smooth with no stanchion wear or oil leaks.  All adjustments work as they should.  the rear shock has been upgraded to a better model with lockout.
There are no cracks or dents on the frame.
All areas of the frame have been closely inspected for signs of failure.
The gears are shifting smooth.
The derailleur and shifter are brand new.
The brakes have no excessive travel in the levers. 
There is no play in any of the bearings.  The bottom bracket has just been replaced.
The wheels run true.  The front wheel has been upgraded to a Hope Fortus 30mm wide rim and Hope Pro 4 Hub.
The tyres have excellent tread.

Performance is defined by how a bike responds to hard braking, puts power through the pedals, negotiates technical ground and handles quick changes to body position. The carbon front triangle and aluminium rear of the Escarpe CR ensure a balanced ride feel and complete efficiency. The suspension and frame function as a system, together countering the fatiguing effects of pedal-bob (the irritating bounce that can happen when you're pushing hard) and reducing the harshness of small bumps and trail vibrations that kill speed. Smoother is faster for longer. With an adjustable flip-chip, that can raise the bottom bracket by 6mm and increase the head angle, you can also customise the setup to best suit how and where you ride.
